Our Warranty and

Replacement Policies

Mike and Mike Computers LLC

You may return all items purchased at Mike and Mike Computers within 14 days of the original delivery in their original condition of new or undamaged condition.

 

All returns that are not defective, are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and any shipping or handling cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
 

The following items may not be returned:​
Items that are labeled "As-Is" and or "Not Waranteed"
Items that have been infected, damaged, or marred.
Software cannot be returned under any circumstance. Please contact the manufacture for exchanges.
 

All transactions done by credit card require a gateway fee for use of web providers such as Paypal, Google, Yahoo, etc. Current rates range up to 4% of the total transaction. We also provide a cash option (Google Pay) which you can pay by debit card or checking accounts.  We do NOT accept checks. All visits to your home or place of business require payment of an "On Site Fee", currently $35 per visit.​

SERVICE WARRANTY

We warranty all our work for one year from the date of service.  This doesn't include abuses found in our Abuse Clause and is voided

if work is performed by a 3rd party without our permission.
 
Basically,  if your product remains the same as it was when we originally worked on it, or purchased it, we cover it for a year from the original date of service.
If there are changes that are performed by others then this constitutes a change.  At our discretion, we will decide if it voids our warranty.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  Warranties from the manufactures are separate from this agreement and you may have recourse through any other guarantees by the Original Equipment Manufactures and or extended warranty providers.

By law we have to specify everything according to the type of services we perform since some services are tax free and others are not.  All upgrades are taxable.
 
ABUSE CLAUSE
If someone is constantly having an issue that not resolved after 2 tries of fixing it, we allow you to get a refund or have a credit towards something else at our discretion.  In the same light, if someone gets a repair done for a problem that they themselves have caused, then it is not covered by our warranty.  Things such as virus infections and hardware damages are not covered under our warranty.  Users of our service agree to use their computer and components in their original design intent and purpose by the Original Equipment Manufacturer.  Any uses outside of this void our warranty.
 
Warranty is void if work done by us is modified in any way by you or any third party.
 
Our one year warranty starts on the date of the paid receipt and ends after 365 days of that date.
